Consular legalization of Taiwanese documents for use in Vietnam
Documents issued in Taiwan for use in Vietnam include:
- Commercial papers: Investment certificate, Certificate of enterprise establishment, Charter of the company, Certificate of business registration, Appointment decision, Certificate of origin, Certificate of quality, Certificate Medical, Contract, Agreement, Financial Statement, Commercial Invoice etc
- Personal papers: Birth certificate, Marriage certificate, Death certificate, Divorce certificate, Single certificate, Degree, certificate, transcript, Criminal record, Health certificate, Confirmation experience, Power of attorney, Court decision, etc
Documents issued in Taiwan for use in Vietnam shall undergo consular legalization procedures including the following steps:
1. Notarization at Notary Public Office in Taiwan:
2. Certification at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Taiwan
3. Legalization at the Vietnam Economic and Cultural Office in Taiwan
You will prepare the required documents and submit them at the Vietnam Economic and Cultural Office in Taipei, of 3rd Floor, No. 65 Sung Chiang Street, Taipei, Taiwan, Tel: (02) 2508 1869, Time to receive the documents: 09:00 - 17:00 from Monday - Friday (except for Taiwanese and Vietnamese holidays), processing time is from 3-5 working days.
Note: In case, the documents have been certified at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Taiwan, but has not yet been legalized at the Vietnam Economic and Cultural Office in Taiwan, those documents can be re-certified at Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in Ho Chi Minh or Hanoi and legalized at Department of Foreign Affairs in Ho Chi Minh or Hanoi.
