Application file for recognition of mutual consent for divorce in Vietnam

An Application file for recognition of mutaul consent for divorce before the Court in Vietnam includes:

2. Copy of ID card, passport; Household registration (authenticated copies)

3. The original marriage certificate (if any), in case of loss of originals of the marriage registration certificate, a certified true copy by the competent State agency shall be submitted.
