I. Business lines require the head of enterprise that must have a practicing certificate upon enterprise registration:

1 . Trading in relics, artifacts, national antiques ( Article 29 of Decree No.92/2002/ND-CP dated11/11/2002 ) .
2 . Services of industrial ownership representatives (without authorization) (Article154 of Law on Intellectual Property; Article 29 of Decree 103/ND-CP dated 22/09/2006).
3 . Services of representative of plant variety rights ( Article 21 of  Law on Intellectual Property amended and supplemented in 2009) .
4 . Services of private medical care; (Circular 07/2007/TT-BYT dated 25/05/2007 of the Ministry of Health ) .

II. Business lines enquire the enterprise heads and other managers in the enterprise must have a practicing certificate upon enterprise registration:
