Criminal record, police clearance certificate for foreigners who resided in Vietnam

1. Application dossier for criminal record, police clearance certificate for foreigners who resided in Vietnam:
a. An application form for criminal record, police clearance certificate in standard form
b. A certified copy of applicant”s valid passport
c. A certified copy of applicant”s temporary residence certificate or permanent residence certificate or temporary residence card/permanent residence card. In case there is no this document, a certified copy of passport with entries and exits from Vietnam or visas stamped by  Vietnamese Migration Department will be required.
2. Time processing for criminal record, police clearance certificate for foreigners who resided in Vietnam: 3 weeks from receipt of valid application files.
